The Challenge
Needing a Laravel & React-focused engineering team that could deliver quality work
PAIRIN is a SaaS company focused on workforce development solutions for government, business, and education end users. Their platform is designed to re-train and up-skill individuals in order to remove barriers to employment.
Their existing product, My Journey, was built on Laravel, Blade, and React. However, the application needed a comprehensive overhaul for various reasons, including addressing technical debt, adding missing features, and meeting enhanced user experience requirements.
PAIRIN had just closed on a Series A, later a Series B, and needed a Laravel & React-focused development firm partner they could trust and rely on to achieve product velocity.
The Solution
We assigned a team of seasoned engineers capable of getting up to speed and delivery value quickly
Curotec quickly assembled a team, starting with technical consulting and later expanding into a staff augmentation partnership. The team conducted an initial assessment, worked with PAIRIN to organize the backlog, and then got to work building features.
Initially, the work started with a back-end focus. Later, we did a complete UI overhaul, continuing to build out more of the components on React. And most recently, we’ve helped PAIRIN build out new core features requested by larger government customers.
