The Challenge

Prompted by the pandemic, MEA needed a new way to foster member engagement

The Mid-Atlantic Employers Association wanted to establish an online platform to mirror the sense of community and networking traditionally fostered during in-person events. This initiative was prompted in part by challenges posed by the pandemic, but it also represented a forward-thinking strategy aimed at enriching the experience of its members. Additionally, they faced the complexity of managing membership data across disparate systems that lacked effective integration.

The Solution

We designed and developed a modern membership experience

We conducted a comprehensive audit of all MEA’s systems and data, forging a collaborative partnership to envision an optimal digital experience for members. Subsequently, we designed and developed a member portal interface tightly integrated with MEA’s existing SSO solution, Salesforce member data, and other tools used to manage and deliver MEA membership benefits.
